Returns & Exchanges

At Channel Islands Surfboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you may return unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that surfboards must be in brand-new, un-waxed condition to be eligible for return.

Return Process

• 1.
  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition with tags attached. Surfboards must be free of wax, pressure dents, and damage.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box. Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location. Once received and inspected at our Santa Barbara warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
